Born in 1962, in Tarsus, Turkiye 

1983 Graduated from Bogazici University, Istanbul, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences

2004 Attended the Cinema Course at the Turkish Cinema and Audiovisual Culture Foundation, Istanbul

2004 Attended the Short Film Making Course, at Hilmi Etikan Scenario and Film Studio, Istanbul

2004 - 2006 Attended Mithat Alam Film Center at Bogazici University, Istanbul. Took courses in: Film Analysis, The History of Cinema, Auteur Cinema, Film Editing, and Scriptwriting 

2007 Attended the Documentary Studio, Digital Film Academy, Istanbul

2008 Produced, directed and edited the short documentary The Sultans of the Bosphorus 

2008 - 2010 Participated in numerous international film festivals and won awards with The Sultans of the Bosphorus

2010 New York, instructed a masterclass about The Sultans of the Bosphorus at Vassar College 

2010 Moscow, participated in International Sport Forum Russia with The Sultans of the Bosphorus

2010 Wrote, directed, and produced the short film There’s Always Room for Dessert!

2010 - 2011 Participated in numerous international film festivals and won awards with There’s Always Room for Dessert!

2013 Participated in the Symposium of the Women of Republic, Short Film and Cinema Through the Woman’s Eye with There’s Always Room for Dessert! in Dogus University, Istanbul

2013 - 2015 Attended Atölye Bilgi Adası, Istanbul. Took courses in: the History of Art, 

Contemporary Art, the History of Religions, the History of Philosophy, the History of Turkish Art

2018 Focused on abstract conceptual photography / digital photo editing

2019 Participated in the group exhibition "Intersections" in Istanbul, Marmara University, Republic Museum & Art Gallery

2021 Published in Art Folio 2021, "A Curated Collection of the World’s Most Exciting Artists" and won the Abstract Photography Gold Award
